Reservations-Cancellations
Genesis Great Adventure Camps offers a variety of Christ-centered programs throughout the year, including:
- Youth Mission Trips (Ages 14–20)
- Father & Son Retreats
- Pastor Retreats
- Church, School & Group Retreats
Group Registration
- Churches, schools, and organizations may register as a group through one designated contact person.
- Youth groups should provide one adult (21+) for every 10 students.
- Mixed groups should include at least one male and one female adult leader.
Deposits & Payments
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for each participant.
- Deposits may be transferred to another trip or another participant within the same group.
- Final payment is due 30 days before your trip.
Registration & Camp Schedule
- Registration is first come, first served. Your space is reserved once your registration and deposit are received.
- Construction projects require an additional fee for building materials, insurance, and safety equipment. Please contact us for current pricing.
- Registration fees and final payments can be made securely through our website.
- The remaining trip balance is due 30 days before your scheduled trip.
Annual Programs
- Youth & Young Adult Mission Trips: Two in the Spring and two in the Summer
- Father & Son Retreats: One in the Spring and one in the Summer
- Pastor Retreats: Available most of the year, based on cabin availability.
Camp Closures: We are closed for 20 days during Easter, 20 days during Christmas, and during September and October for the rainy season, staff family time, and annual camp maintenance and improvements.
