you intend to fill. There are no refunds at any time. However deposit monies can
be transferred to another trip (credit) or to another person within the group the deposit was received from. The total balance must be paid 2 months prior to your
trip date.
All Groups are registered on a first come first serve basis with spots reserved the day registrations and deposit monies are received. If your group wants to participate in construction projects there is an additional cost for materials, insurance and safety materials. (please contact us for a list of prices) Please e-pay your registration and final fees directly to us via our website.
Once a deposit is paid the total trip balance is due 2 months before your trip date. Youth & Young Adult Mission Trips-Two in the Spring and Two in the Summer. Father & Son Retreats-One in the Spring and One in the Summer. Pastor Retreats-Available most of the year depending on cabin availability. Christian Business Group Retreats-One in the Spring and One in the Summer. Note: We are closed 10 days during Easter, 10 days during Christmas. Also the months of September and October due to the rainy season. This allows the staff time with family and for any camp repairs or updates to be completed.
